If three resistance connected in parallel namely R1,R2 and R3.

1/Rp = 1/R1 + 1/R2+ 1/R3

=(R2+R1/R1R2) + 1/R3

=((R2+R1)R3 + R1R2) / R1R2R3

1/Rp=(R1R2 + R2R3 + R3R1) / R1R2R3

Rp = R1R2R3 / (R1R2 + R2R3 + R3R1)

If three resistance connected in series namely R1,R2 and R3.

Rs = R1 + R2 + R3
