Add their values (R = R1 + R2 + …) and represent them by a single resistance. Look at the parallel banches between the nodes and find their equivalent (by adding the reciprocals (1/R = 1/R1 + 1/R2 + ….). In a complex network you might be left with a few effective resistances in series - if so add them.
