f=ma.......2

w=f*s........3

put1and 2 in 3

w=ma(v^2-u^2)/2a

a will cut

w=m (v^2-u^2)/2

w=1/2 m(v^2-u^2)

we can write w as k.e

k.e=1/2m(v^2-u^2)

hence proved!

k.e=1/2m(v^2) .......(when u=0)

k.e=1/2m(u^2) .......(when v=0)
