we know ,

acceleration = (final velocity-initial velocity)/time taken

=> a = (v-u)/t

cross multiply ,

=> at = v-u
=> at+u = v


v = u+at


proved ........

acceleration=change in velocity/time taken
a=v-u/t
t=v-u/a
at=v-u
v=u+at
where
v is final velocity
u is initial velocity
a is acceleration
t is time
