By Boyle's law:

V∝1/P

By Charles' law:

V∝T

By Avogadro's law:

V∝n (Where, n is the number of moles present)

(Equal no. of moles of any gas, under same conditions have same volume).

Hence, V∝ Tn/P

V*P=T * n * K (where K is a constant)

The constant is concluded to be equal to R(Universal gas constant)

where, R=8.3144598 J/mol-K

Hence, PV=nRT .
