3. mesosphere:-The region of the earth's atmosphere above the stratosphere and below the thermosphere, between 50 and 80 km in altitude.

4.Thermosphere:- the region of the atmosphere above the mesosphere and below the height of atmosphere ceases to have the properties of a continuous medium.
