Hello there
If u r an Adolescent,it means u r yet to become an Adult.
For developing like a Healthy u must need some basic diet according to Recommendation.
Breakfast: 1)Oats,Milk,Bread and Jam.
2)Some Indian Breakfast like Chapati,Roti with Vegetable Curry
(Vegetables are Highly Recommended though u r an Non Vegetarian) helps for Body Stability.
Take 2 Eggs (boiled) regularly to improve Protein content.
Do not eat food with excess oil,Avoid Oil food,Avoid Junk food,Avoid Fast food (once or twice in a month could be better)
Avoid Smoking and Drinking which definitely turn you Unhealthy at this Age.
Consume Meals at afternoon and Roti at night with some Curry.
Avoid Fat content
Drink Milk regularly
Workout In Free time , Regularly is recommended.
