I organised a get together in one of the most liked hotels in my city I hosted this get together for my friends who have left the city for search of jobs....we met after almost 10 years some of them did not had change in face but some were not at recognisable I met my best friend there and we shared a lot of good memories and we remembered our olden school days ..it was lot of fun....

I am writing to give you some feedback after the party that my company recently held at your hotel. Actually, it is our 10th annuasury party which was organized as a red carpet event.

First of all, I would like to thank your hotel’s service because they provide admirable service to succeed our party such as they help to decorate and arrange tables and chairs, put on new red carpet on the floor and they offer excellent waiter service to our staff.

Finally, I would like to suggest some improvements to build up your hotel image among the society. The hotel lighting arrangements are not good for the night event. Therefore, if you can change it, is better to get more night functions to your hotel and also the air-conditions were not worked as properly.

All of us would like thank again you for given us such a memorable evening event and I will hope you are consider my suggestions to improve your service.
