One major environmental problem that we should be really careful about is the scarcity of water. Water scarcity has become a big issue t globally and affects every citizen everywhere.
The basic root cause is that we use more water than what is actually returned to the water body. All over the world there are large water consuming countries but little care is taken in conservation and wastage of water.
Often it is seen that roadside taps are running water and flowing to drain. To help lessen there are plenty of things people can do.
Simple things such as taking five-minute showers instead of twenty-minute showers, or while washing in the shower, turning off the tap until you’re ready to rinse, or when washing dishes, run some water on one side of the sink with soap and use that to wash the dishes instead of running water. Thus at least one liter of water can be saved.
