Well, practical skill is depends on the individuals. So, here I'm giving you the "practical skill" which i had learnt.

A) The practical skill which i had learnt on my own was "teaching".
Q) When you learned it ?
A) I had learnt this "practical skill" when my graduation was completed.
Q) How you learned it ?
A) I had learnt it on my own way by practicing again and again. I had learnt that to make children learn better, i should not repeat the same learning process because each and every student is unique. I had learnt that i should use different methods and strategies in the process of teaching.
Q) Explain why you think it was important?
A) As we all know the Great quote by Nelson Mandela - "Education is the most powerful weapon in which we used to change the world".
Teaching is the most important profession. Teachers should motivate students to be creative and think logically. Teachers should focus on what the students are learning but not how their performance in tests and exams because grades do not define intelligence. Teachers should encourage their students in many ways and they should praise students achievements.
