Describe a problem you’ve solved or a problem you’d like to solve. It can be an intellectual challenge, a research query, an ethical dilemma — anything of personal importance, no matter the scale. Explain its significance to you and what steps you took or could be taken to identify a solution

I tried to reduce child labor and educating children who couldn't afford education.

Explanation:

  • I used to observe children living in the slums and often coming to nearby homes to ask for money and food.
  • Once, a few of them came to my house.
  • Instead of giving them money, I asked them to come with me inside.
  • They came and I talked to them about their problems and ambitions. I found out that a few of them were doing it unwillingly and actually wanted to study.
  • I made a deal with them, that if they will come and study, I will help them out with money which they can take home to their parents.
  • They agreed. I managed to teach their elder sister to read and write.
  • Now she teaches her younger siblings and other people of her society.
