Ya..here in my area beggars are not allowed .
We must not give money to those beggars as its worthless of them enjoying in our money.It also reduces kidnappings of children.And also there are disadvantages.Many poor beggars are not able to get money and are feeling discriminated.Also the law used in Constitution that all people can access all public areas is violated.But I like the idea behind this scheme
