take 2 balloons,tie a knot and hang it over the wall now rub both the balloons you can observe it gets repel this is because balloons have like charges...take a empty refill and take some pieces of paper. Now rub the empty refill to any plastic till it becomes warm now bring the refill near to the pieces of paper.Now you can observe that the pieces of paper gets sticked to the refill.this is because when we rub the refill to the plastic it gets charged...and the paper pieces are uncharged.so when an uncharged objects come in contact with charged objects it gets attracted.this is how we prove it... thank you
