Answer:

you have to covers some part of leaf by opaque tape and other in presence of sunlight

for 2 to 6 hours

the cut leaf from plant and then put in alcohol solution ny using test tube and then heat after heating

take out leaf and then use 2 to 8 drop of iodine solution

you have to observe coverd part of leaf cause darak it dark part convert in to blue this say that presence of starch

Take a piece of the food item. Add 2-3 drops of dilute iodine solution on it. if the colour of the food item becomes blue-black , then it indicates the presence of starch in that food and if the colour doesn't trun into blue-black, then it -indicates starch Is not present.
