I was once confused by a customer’s request. I own a shop of saree namely Menka Saree Centre. There, a customer came to buy a saree for herself. She asked me for scarlet color, I started showing her saree in blue as the scarlet sounded like blue to me.

She told me that it looks like red. So I showed her another one in red. She again said that is in Carmine color. I was really confused so I called my assistant who knows better than me about colors. What I learned from this was that it doesn't matter if your employee knows better than you, give him a chance. It's a bog no-no to play boss everywhere.
