Answer:
Its a very interesting question and related to my life also.We had a competition based on team work and analysing power.Like it was chance to go to NASA,if we had won that competition.First we had a workshop and then we were given some money. Now our target was to make a moving vehicle from scratch. We had a team of 3 but suddenly one of my friend got unconscious and was taken home.Only 2 of were left,So we decided to split our work.
Like we splitted our work into 2 categories:
- Blueprint and waterflow diagram
- Physical Execution
So my one friend used the money to buy things and he started giving me while i started to assemble those .At last we were able to make a working prototype and our design was among top 10.Unfortunately we were not selected for next round.
Sometimes there are situations when you have to think fast and react faster.Your team may or may not support you but you need to keep faith on yourselves.

Narration on trouble in school and solution for the problem:
I am from a remote village and there is no school in our village. I would walk to town to go to the school. My school is a government school and the teachers are well experienced. The staff would make us concentrate on both sports and academics.
There was no trouble in my school but not having a school in our village is the trouble.
I was the only child who is attending the school among so many children. I wanted all the children to go to school. I spoke with all the parents to send their children to school which didn't work. I also requested my teachers to do the same. But, the parents didn't want their children to go to town as it would "spoil" their reputation. Though the children didn't tell me, I knew that they wanted to go school and learn new things.
I wrote a letter to the municipal corporation and it was signed by me and my school teachers. The same letter went to the collectorate. The collector was very impressed by my letter and took steps to set a school in our village. When the school started, the parents didn't want to send their children to school. I again wrote a letter to the collector. Then a really amazing thing happened in our village.
The collector came to our village and "he" requested all the parents to send to school by going door to door. This made all the parents to send the children to school. All the children from our school are always an engineer or doctor or scientist or officials or businessmen.
