Gone are the days when people had to undergo a rigorous process for getting information about a particular topic. Nowadays the world has become a global village. A single click on internet can provide you with your desired information at your doorstep. As a student the importance of internet was disclosed to me when I was promoted to higher school and I needed some information for the preparation of my assignment in the subject of English. Thank God that I did not have to visit a number of book stores and libraries and whatever I needed was available on internet. I collected the relevant material from a couple of websites and completed my assignment. My teacher was very happy on my performance and I got A+ in that assignment. From that day onward I always seek help from internet whenever I am in need of some information.
