An Unpopular decision taken by me and how I handled it and how could it be handled differently

Explanation:

• At my earlier job, I was put in charge of a project that pertained to supervising a small team of colleagues. This was a huge endeavor that could have greatly impacted our customers' view of the company & wanted to be completed in a short fraction of period.

• Unfortunately, we didn't retain sufficient duration during the week to finalize the project, & I acknowledged that we would have to arrive temporarily for a few hours on Saturday to finalize our assignments. When I reported the news, many of my coworkers argued & formulated bitterness for me.

• Despite their initial questions, we completed the project ahead of plan and were able to attract many new clients in the method. I knew my coworkers would be temporarily embarrassing, but I kept in mind the prospect of persuading new clients the whole period.
