There is a market near my house namely- Khan market. The Khan market is wide and spacious. It is also a habitat for many people who live there. A weekly market is held on every Thursday. The market is set up during the evening and continues till midnight. It is the common form of market in both cities and villages. In the weekly market, basic necessity things are sold and the market is filled with people from adjoining areas.
One Thursday evening I went to a market and observed that there were various vegetable and fruit sellers. I bought vegetables and fruits. Later there were shops which were selling clothes like kurtas, kurtis, and sarees. I bought a saree for my maid from there on the occasion of Diwali. Later I went to stationary stalls here there were various stationaries like pencil, pens, coloring book and so on. I requested my mother to get me a coloring book and she got me one. It was fun-filled time with people chatting and eating around. The market is colorfully set up.
