Dear Seerat,
Hope you are doing well. Since the start of my new job at a software company, my health has started deteriorating. Even I can see most of my colleagues suffer from health issues.
Life here is so unhealthy, as we have to spend hours working on the computer. People have to sit on uncomfortable chairs for about 10 hours. In addition to that, screen time of about 10 hours causes headaches and weakens eyes as well.
All day we are just working on the computer. When I reach home, I prepare food for myself and again have to complete my pending work. Then I use my phone for some time and go to sleep. At a software company, people work on different projects which are related to the development, checking and testing of software.
Do write to me about your life as well.
