Describe about the nature of roots for a quadratic equation.

For quadratic equation ax^2+bx+c=0, where a, b and c are real numbers.

D=b^2-4ac

If D<0, we will get two imaginary roots which are conjugate of each other.

If D=0, there will be one real root of multiplicity 2.

If D>0, there will be two distinct real roots.
