in the yellow woods the poet finds a road forking into two, but he had to choose one of them. one of the road s seemed to be well trodden. however, its end was not visible as it turned into the jungle and thus could not be seen any further.
the road that the poet choose was overgrown with grass and was less trodden but is was more inviting, tempting and offers adventure

While walking through a forest, the poet comes across a point where the road forks into two. Both the roads are covered with fallen yellow leaves. One goes in the undergrowth as far as he can see and the other one seems to be grassy and less travelled . Few travellers seem to have gone by that path.
