The Supreme Court has the power of advisory jurisdiction.
The Supreme Court may advise the President on any matter of public importance when the President asks for the advice.
The Supreme Courts advice may or may not be accepted by the President.
This solely depends on the President himself.
The matter on which the Supreme Court should decide depends on the importance of the matter .
