INGESTION- when a person intakes food
DIGESTION when the food get digested by the enzymes
ABSORPTION- when the digested food is absorbed
ASSIMILATION- when food is sent throughout the body through blood capillaries
EGETION- when the waste toxic food particles are removed from our body
