Answers
Answer:*Take two healthy potted plants which are nearly of same size .
*Keep them in dark room for 3 days .
*Place each plant on seperate glass plates . Place watch glass containing potassium hydroxide by side of one of plants . Potassium hydroxide is used to absorb carbon dioxide.
*Cover both plant with separate Bell jars .
*Use vaseline to seal bottom of jars to glass plates so that set up is air tight .
*Keep plants in sunlight for about 2hours .
*Pluck leaf from each plant and check for presence of starch .
We will observe that the leaf from plant with potassium hydroxide will not show blue black color as it does not has starch that is photosynthesis cannot take place in absence of carbon dioxide but leaf of other plant will show blue black color .
