Procedure: take a flask pour some water in it now put it on the tripod stand and switch on the burner at hundred degree Celsius the water start boiling and thus it get started evaporating now take a lead and put it on the mouth of the flask you will observe that some water droplets are formed thus water gets converted into vapour during the process of vaporization

for understanding evaporation you can take a plant and cover it with transparent polybag and put it in sunlight after sometime you will observe that on that carry bag there small water droplets appearing droplets are produced due to evaporation
