if we add a lot of food like we drink coldrinks , soft drinks and many diffrent types of food items so due to that a lot of hcl releases and due to excessive releasing of hcl , acidity occurs or acidic medium creates and to nuetralize acidic medium we have to add basic medium ....and the basic medium will creates if we drink eno or baking soda
