Stomata is found in the epidermis of leaves, stems and other organs that facilitates gas exchange.
FUNCTION- the gas exchange that occurs when stomata are open facilitate photosynthesis. During photosynthesis carbon dioxide is taken in the from the atmosphere through the stomata and oxygen is released as a waste product.
