faraday discorved that when mf is changed around a coil a v is induced in it.let e take a solenide with insulated cu wiring on it when we bring magnet near the solenoid voltage is induced in one direction when we change polarity they induced in other direction this is due to flux change
induced voltage=change in flux with respect to time
