4. Replace the caps on both bottles. Shake each bottle until the plastic is the same temperature as the water.

5. Now, dump out the water and quickly reseal each bottle.

6. Place both bottles in the refrigerator for a few minutes.

7. After about 5 minutes, check on your bottles and note any observations.
