First law of thermodynamics deals with the conservation of energy for a system so the process that violates it is that it does not dea

Answer:

The first law of thermodynamics states that energy is conserved, and the sum of all forms of energy is constant including matter, in a closed system. The heat supplied from the environment is divided into an ability to perform work by the system and an increase in the internal energy of the gas. It accounts for the energy balance including heat and work interactions.

Q = W + ΔU

The second law of thermodynamics defines the direction of a process, it states that heat can spontaneously transfer from the hot to the cold body not vice-versa. No heat engine is 100% efficient according to the second law of thermodynamics.

An imaginary process that violates both the first and second laws of thermodynamics is to consider a device that operates in a cycle on a single reservoir. In this, X kW of work is produced from Y kW heat where X>Y. All heat is converted to work, giving more than 100% efficiency which violates the second law, and energy is somehow “created” hence, the first law also violates.
