Life is not comfortable for all to have a house or a cosy bed to relax. Some poor people just while away here and there. In times of rain, they really suffer a lot, especially children and old people. They take shelter in whatever available places like shop or house entrances, public buildings, and cover themselves with whatever minimal clothing they have.
During heavy floods, the government gives them protection and food in public buildings like schools, halls etc. It is so pathetic to see them suffering when it’s all cold and wet everywhere.
