Take lime water in a test tube
then blow in it hardly,
we will see that lime water gets milky
If it will turn milky then we can say that lime water contains carbon dioxide
and this carbon dioxide comes from our breath that we blew

Answer: ¤ Take some freshly prepared lime water in a test tube.
¤ Blow air via your mouth to this lime water.
¤ You will observe that due to the presence of carbon dioxide in your exhaled air, the lime water turns milky.
Hence, it is proved that you exhale carbon dioxide.
Hope it helped you!! :)
