Answer: As the molecules of oxygen are frozen, the matter changes, the matter becomes a solid. The molecule has now a fixed shape and cannot flow or move.

Explanation:

After the oxygen gas has been frozen at low temperature, the matter becomes a solid. Now it has totally different properties. Its particles vibrate, the solid cannot flow or move from its place nor be compressed. However, when gas is changed into a solid, this process is called deposition. Moreover, the particles in solids are held tightly together.
