Since light coming from the infinity is focused at the focus of the convex lens.
and light coming from focus , the image is formed at infinity so we use two identical convex lens of same focal length such that the image formed by first lens will form at its focus which acts as object at focus for second convex lens and finally we get parallel beam of light rays coming from second convex lens.

Answer:
Explanation:
Since light coming from the infinity is focused at the focus of the convex lens. And for the light coming from focus the image is formed at infinity so we use two identical convex lens of same focal length such that the image formed by first lens will form at its focus which acts as object at focus for second convex lens hence forms image at infinity.
