1) Population and poverty:one of the major factor is the population as the increase population means increase demand of food and ultimately the food prices also got rices . This means the poor people can't afford it so the population and poverty are the main factor in this regard.
2)Poor post-harvest techniques: Most of time the farmers are not well aware of post-harvest techniques which result in the mass loss of harvested product . Ultimately the food supply also become lower.
3) Low yield : Farmers are not well aware of their soil capacity, they don't use the modern and quality seeds and techniques result in the low yield and production per acre of area as compared to other countries.
Moreover, the increase use of extensive cropping and lack of proper crop rotation deteriorating the quality of soil resulting in low yield.
