Outcome of any social division id determined by three determinants that are

1. Firstly how people perceive their identity. If people will themselve different on the basis of some social difference when it will be hard to accommodate but if they will see themselves as the people of any one country like Belgium then which will be easier to accommodate.

2. secondly that how the political leaders raise their demands if the demand is raised in constitutional frameworks and without any cost to other community then it will be easier to accommodate.

3. Hugli the government reaction towards the river Manas is a government continuously will deny their demands like the singer like in Sri Lanka done then this will lead to a big violence and disintegration of country.
