1.The civil disobedience was launched in 1930 under the guidelines of Gandhiji.

2. Civil disobedience movement was launched to fill the work that non cooperation wont did.

3.People fought against  government for getting their liberty.

4. School,colleges,foreign cloth, offices were buoycotted. Liquor shops closed.

5.People stopped paying taxes.

◾ Started by Mahatma Gandhi on 6 April, 1930 with the violation of "Salt Laws" by salt March at a village on Gujrat sea coast, Dandi.

◾ It was the updated version of Non-cooperation movenent as people of India not only refuse to cooperate with the British government but also started breaking unjust laws made by it.

◾ In the Civil disobedience movement Women actively participate whereas during the Non-cooperation movenent they was limited to four walls of house.

◾ Muslims did not participate actively as their demands during the Non-cooperation movenent was not full filled and at that time they were demanding for a separate nation, Pakistan.
