Features of Central Highlands : (i) The part of the Peninsular Plateau lying to the north of the Narmada river covering major area of the Malwa Plateau is known as the Central Highland. (ii) The Vindhyan range is bound by the Central Highland on the south and the Aravallis on the north-west.
