Shifting cultivation :
this system cultivate one plot of land for a period of years until the soil becomes infertile. As crop yield decreases, the plot is deserted and the ground is re-fertilized using the slash and burn technique.
Commercial agriculture :
it involves large scale plantation .......like wheat , cotton sugarcane etc .
Ley farming
this type of farming used to retain fertility ....
by growing grains or other crop and then left uncultivated .
Plantation :
large scale cultivation of one crop like tea , coffee etc .......for more profits .

grow different crops in different seasons all over the year .....there is a time for grow one and then another
