Pri - institutional revolutionary party used many corrupted tricks to win the elections..
1) Public protest and demonstrating against tge government was illegal
2) Television and radio were controlled by government
3) independent newspapers and reporters were harrased if they go against the government or pri
4) government also ignored some court judgements that went against them
5) so the government is always formed by PRI
