Enclosure certainly impacted the poor peasantry:

Earlier,Peasants cultivated in commons and  open fields which were strips of land near their villages. As Land came to be partitioned into enclosures or owned by private landlords, the rich landowners controlled the land.

a. The poor no longer had access to the commons.
b. They were displaced from their lands and found their customary rights disappearing.
c.They had to migrate to different places in search of work and the jobs they found were not secure.
d. The wages received by agricultural labourers came down as landowners tried to increase profits.
e. With enclosures, labourers were reduced to the status of wage earners and were employed during harvest time

Poor farming they don't have money to buy the goods or to buy the things which r related to agriculture. for the necessary needs the poor farmers takes loan and atlast they don't have the capacity to repay. thus it leads to suicides.
