2)People with criminal background are well entranced in same constituencies.

1.some people use mal-practices to win election.
2.people who can brcome an efficient leaders do not enter this field as they are scared of this practices.
3.Some times people are bribed or scared to vote for a,particular party or candidate.
4.In a country like India where large population is illeterate they choose wrong candidate.
5.Mostly parties who are more rich tend to win election.
6.In election Competition there is no place for marality.
