The four types of msg(box) window are :-

• title-Here the expression of the string is displayed .The string is displayed on the title bar of the dialog box.
• Buttons-This basically shows various expressions which is numeric which indicates the type of values which needs to be displayed.
• Prompt-It is nothing but a message which is shown in the dialogue box.
• Helpfile-The helpfile generally provides context.

We are customized with dialog boxes.

They are windows that open on Windows systems to display messages and allow permit the user in setting parameters. There are 3 kinds  of dialog boxes namely :

•    modeless,

•    modal, and

•    system modal.Modal :This kind of boxes is used in a program, to display messages, and for setting program parameters.

Modal dialog boxes appear in the front of the screen, and while modal box is displayed you are not required to use the program. For the purpose of continuation using the program, the modal dialog box must be closed.

System Modal :System modal type dialog boxes are like the pattern of a modal box, except that they exceed the entire desktop zone. When a system modal dialog box is displaying, nothing else on the screen can be opened or selected.

Modeless :Modeless type of dialog boxes are capable to be deselected, and control can be decontrolled from a modeless dialog box and transferred to some other window page.

Modeless dialog boxes are more frequently used as its fast and easy method to create a window.
