1) Provide goods and services .

2) Work for social welfare .

3) Protection citizens from violence .

1) The government protect decisions from violence and helps to build the economic infrastructure facility for citizens.

The idea of government as a protector requires tax dollars to fund, train and equip the military and police.

3) Build courts and prisons. The laws which are made by the government to not break them . they appoint public officials.
