1. The most common mass movement during the Indian Independence fight was the - Non-cooperation movement. It was a huge mass movement that was started by Gandhi in 1920. The main principles of this movement were boycotting and non-violence. It was like a declaration of a peaceful and a non-violent war against the cruelty and atrocities of the British government.
2. The Civil disobedience movement - It was an important movement in the Indian Independence struggle. It was also started by Gandhi in 1930. It started as the Salt Satyagraha, also known as the Dandi march. But later, since the rules were broken and so, Gandhi started this movement. they boycotted the foreign goods and started using our native products. Although the movement was not as successful as the non-cooperation movement, it still brought the Congress int the limelight.
