Demerits -
1. Construction cost of railways is very high . ex - Railway tracks and trains .
2. Many damages are done by passengers to the train and it's equipments.
3. People travel without ticket and lot of economical damage is done to Railway authority.

1)Railways are linked over the country this is used for transportation in country.

2)Railways help to transport the goods over one place to another in cheaper cost.

3)Railways helps to develop the growth of country by transportation of coals and other heavy minerals.

4)Railways helps for the transportation of goods over long distance and also in cheap rate.

◆Problem faced by railways :-

1)Many people travel in country by without ticket which create huge loss.

2)Many people stops the train for their own necessity which leads delay in train arrivals.

3)People break the objects such as charging machines in train.
