Describe any two principles of a valid insurance contract.

First principle :-

The insurance principle of proximate cause dictates that nearest or closest cause should be taken into consideration to decide the liability.

Second principle:-

Insurance contracts also require that both parties act with the utmost good faith. This means that both parties must accurately and fully disclose all material information.
