Right to information is based on the understood principal of accountable and transparent govt which makes the right to know as complementary to the freedom of speech and expression.
COPRA entitled the right to know about the product and services.
If The product and services fail to provide information then Their is three-tier Quasi-judicial system to provide remedy.
