ASEXUAL REPRODUCTION IN
AMOEBA
During binary fission in amoeba nuclear division starts first followed by appearance of a construction in the cell membrane. As the nuclear division completes, constriction deepen and divides the parent cell into two halves, each containing one nucleus. Finally, two independent daughter amoebae are formed
BUDDING IN YEAST
A small protuberance appears on the upper part of an adult yeast cell.
This gradually grows in size
The nucleus divides amitatotically and one passes on to the out growth.
The budding may be repeated resulting in the formation one or more chains of bud cells.
Seperated bud may lead a life like individual yeast
